Architect required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Architect to join a multi-disciplinary design Practice, on a permanent staff basis in Woodstock.

As the selected candidate, you will be a crucial member of the team, designing and developing Architectural projects from conception to completion, whilst providing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing and maintaining positive client relations

· Producing Architectural drawings, plans and Elevations

· Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders to understand project requirements

· Creating detailed designs to the relevant standards and procedures

· Develop construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation

· Ensure high standards of design throughout all projects

Key Requirements:

· Design leadership with the ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams

· Strong design and technical skills

· Revit experience is essential

· Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines

·  Prior experience in preparing and presenting design proposals and documentation

·  Proven post Part 3 qualification experience

· Working knowledge of UK best practice standards

· An interest in Sustainability
