Calling all Associate Directors!

Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a driven Associate Director to join a global Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent basis in London. This position offers the flexibility to work on a largely remote basis!

The experienced Associate Director will play a key role in contributing to the strategic direction of the Consultancy, whilst providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams.  

Our client is expanding their Engineering team due to the increasing demand for their Design, Engineering and Consulting Services for Data Centres and mission critical facilities.  

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out site surveys in various parts of the UK

· Ensure projects are within budget and meet deadlines

· Production of bid reports

· Maintain and develop client relationships

· Carry out on-site project management

· Production of budget estimates

· Oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion

· Support with any commercial queries

· Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic business plans

Key Requirements:

· Ability to travel to site when required

· Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

· Experience working in Mechanical and Electrical Construction

· A degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Experience carrying out surveys, feasibility studies and budget estimates

· Previous Data Centre experience

· Working knowledge of current Building Regulations and British standards

· Strong client interface and Construction Industry Knowledge 

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Experience using Excel, Word and Microsoft project
