New Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a reputable Engineering Design Consultancy, on a contract basis, outside IR35.  

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a remote basis  

Due to our client’s continued growth, they are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to play a key role in the design and specification of Electrical building services systems for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out the production of detailed calculations using industry standard software tools

· Design and specification of all Electrical Building Services systems

· Maintain and develop positive client relations

- Attend project and client meetings

- Ensure design work is in accordance with departmental procedures

· Design and specification of all Electrical Building Services systems

· Complete site surveys and inspections

· Ensure the understanding of project briefs

Key Requirements:

· A degree in Electrical Engineering

· Able to visit site when required

· Extensive Electrical Design Engineer experience 

· Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

- Good level of computer literacy in a range of digital tools

- Awareness of the principles of building physics

- Ability to be client facing 

- Efficient interpersonal and communication skills
