Blueprint Recruitment has a brilliant new opportunity to work with a growing Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in Croydon. This is a Lead position working in an easily-accessible Croydon office with an established and growing team on projects including large-scale Commercial Offices and Data Centre’s in the UK & overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meeting with clients and building strong professional relationships

· Leading the MEP BIM delivery on a variety of projects

-  Complete regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards

- Create a detailed 3D Building Services models using Revit MEP software

- Creating and managing MEP models and drawings to be implemented

- Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to ensure accurate delivery

- Ensuring that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services

· Experience of BIM implementation during the RIBA Plan of Work stages 4-6

· Right to work in the UK Preferred but not essential

· Strong experience digesting BIM documentation

· Past experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops

· Experience using Navisworks, Autocad & Fabrication MEP

· Strong communication skills
