Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with motivated NEC Project Managers to work alongside a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy on a permanent basis in Durham. As the selected candidate, you will be required to operate flexibly, attending the client offices and sites 2-3days per week. 

Our client:

Specialising in providing a wide range of Asset Management, Engineering, Commercial and Strategic Advisory services across the UK, our client operates in a variety of sectors, including Water, Energy and Environmental. They are searching for a motived NEC Project Manager to join their dynamic team of specialists. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
• Ensure that all team members are working together effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Contract management
• Identify and manage project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by the contract
• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations

Key requirements:

• Water Industry or wider utilities experience is preferred
• NEC3/4 accreditation is desirable
• NEC3/4 working knowledge is essential
• Microsoft project / Gantt chart experience is preferred
• Effective project management skills
• Good communication, report writing and interpersonal skills
