Attention Public Health Engineers!

Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Public Health Engineer to join a leading, MEP Consulting Engineering Practice, on a permanent basis.  This is a brilliant opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, attending the Croydon office 3 days per week!

If selected, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Public Health Engineering solutions for Commercial, Residential and Hospitality projects.

Our client has a wealth of experience in offering MEP Design, Engineering and Consulting services in a range of sectors: Aviation, Education, Infrastructure and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

· Designing PH Services across every stage of the project lifecycle, from the initial brief through to design, commissioning, and final sign off

· Manage Public Health Engineering aspects of projects from concept to completion

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate Public Health solutions into overall building designs

· Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements

· Conduct thorough reviews and assessments

· Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project requirements

· Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Engineers and Technicians

· Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences

· Able to handle multiple projects concurrently

· Holding regular meetings to inform and advise clients

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field

· Professional chartered status or working towards

· Extensive experience in Public Health Engineering design

· Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc

· Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drainage design, and water conservation practices

· Excellent project management and leadership skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

· Standards Familiarity with UK & EU regulations

- Ability to work to tight deadlines while under pressure
