Blueprint recruitment is looking to speak with seasoned Revit MEP Coordinators to join a leading Bim Modelling and Engineering Company, on a permanent basis, in Glasgow.  

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced team of Engineers, Modellers and Technicians on a range of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of MEP Systems using Revit Software.  

Our client is expanding the multi-disciplinary team due to an increasing demand for their Virtual Modelling, BIM Consulting and MEP Drawing services in the Construction and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meeting with clients and building strong professional relationships

· Leading the MEP BIM delivery on a variety of projects

- Attending project meetings when necessary

-  Complete regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards

- Create a detailed 3D Building Services models using Revit MEP software

- Creating and managing MEP models and drawings to be implemented

- Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to ensure accurate delivery

- Ensuring that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services

-Strong analytical skills

- Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling

· BIM 360 experience is desirable

-Able to obtain Security Clearence  

· Strong experience digesting BIM documentation

· Past experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops

· Experience using Navisworks, Autocad & Fabrication MEP

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams.
