Blueprint Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for a driven Site Supervisor to join a leading Water Company, on a long-term contract basis. This position is based on the Avonmouth STW site to contribute to a major Water Recycling project. Our client is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities whilst being responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise construction activities on site, including, scheduling and quality control · Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications · Monitor and enforce site safety protocols · Conduct regular inspections to assess progress, quality and adherence to project schedules - Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and other Stakeholders · Participate in project and client meetings Key Requirements: · Extensive experience working in a Supervisory role · Appreciation of CDM regulations · An CSCS or ESC card · Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes · An SMSTS or SSSTS qualification · Proven track record of successfully managing Construction projects · Excellent communication skills · Ability to prioritise tasks · Good understanding of construction safety practices and regulations For further information on this opportunity, please contact Max Williams on 02392 603030 or email max.williams@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
