New Civil/Structural Engineer Opportunity! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy, on a contract basis in Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to play a crucial role in the design and analysis of various rail projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: · Design and specify all aspects of Civil./Structural works for large scale projects within Rail, Water and Utilities · Producing design deliverables, including drawings, specifications and reports · Liaising with clients and members of the design team to ensure progress against the project brief · Deliver multiple projects or parts of projects to completion · Ensure the provision of efficient, high-quality structural Engineering designs · Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities · Offer support and guidance to other team members · Effectively manage own time, especially if allocated to more than one project Key Requirements: · Extensive experience working as a Civil/Structural Engineer in Rail, Utilities or Water industries · Experience in Temporary works, design, structures and civil engineering · Previous experience with OLE Foundationa dn assessments of OLE masts and other structures · Knowledge of engineering drawing practices and construction methods. · Proficient in TEDs, Ansys and/or MathCAD · Able to work as part of a team and independently · A strong understanding of current design standards and practices within Rail sector For further information on this opportunity, please contact Maisie Coleman on 02392 603030 or email maisie.coleman@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
