Calling all Project Managers! Blueprint Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an award-winning Water Company, on a long-term contract basis, outside IR35 in London. Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee projects in the Water/Wastewater industry from conception to completion. As the selected candidate, you will have the opportunity to work with Engineers and Technicians who offer technical solutions in the Desalination, Industrial, Municipal and Re-use markets. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope and budget · Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met · Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them · Proactively address any deviations from the project plan and implement corrective actions as needed · Act as the first point of contact for clients and other stakeholders · Contribute to the development of more junior staff members · Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards · Conduct regular inspections and audits · Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance Key Requirements: · Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field · Proven experience in project management, specifically in the water sector · Strong knowledge of water infrastructure systems, including treatment processes, distribution networks, and wastewater treatment · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills · Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously · Proficiency in project management software tools · Experience working with regulatory agencies and knowledge of water industry regulations and standards For further information on this opportunity, please contact Rob Taylor on 02392 603030 or email rob.taylor@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
