Mechanical Design Engineer required! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer to join an Engineering and Construction Management Company, on a permanent basis in South Croydon. If selected, you will be responsible for specifying all aspects of Mechanical Building Services in accordance with current guidelines, standards and regulations across a range of exciting projects Our client provides MEP Design and Construction Management services across a range of sectors, including, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Industrial. Key Responsibilities: · Act as the first point of contact for clients · Work closely with Engineers and Associates to ensure designs meet client specifications · Prepare and review detailed Engineering calculations and solutions · Mentor and support Junior members of the team · Contribute in project meetings · Liaise with internal and external clients · Attend company meetings and conferences to present your project work · Maintain and develop positive client relations · Working with and developing digital tools and products Key Requirements: ·Extensive experience working as a Mechanical Design Engineer · Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering · Working knowledge of CIBSE, HTM guidelines and Building Regulations - Able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines · Chartered Engineer status or working towards · Good understanding and literacy in Microsoft packages · Excellent communication skills - Willingness to contribute to and develop technical knowledge networks For further information on this opportunity, please contact Luke Rees on 02392 603030 or email luke.rees@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
