Calling Senior Process Chemical Engineers!  

Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Process Chemical Engineer to join a global Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

This position offers the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis from either the Leeds or Manchester offices!  

Our client is looking for a Process Chemical Engineer to design large scale Industrial projects within the Water and Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conducting feasibility studies

· Developing concept and detailed designs

· Leading process Engineering teams to ensure the high-quality production of deliverables

· Ensure deliverables meet timescales and budgets

· Liaising with Engineers of other disciplines to coordinate on projects

· Involved in report writing and fee proposals

Key Requirements:

· A UK degree in Chemical Engineering

- UK experience working as a Process Chemical Engineer

· Experience working on large scale Industrial projects

· Working knowledge of Water and Wastewater analysis

· Awareness of UK water-related regulatory frameworks

· Experience in the design of biosolids handing, treatment and disposal, and biogas handling and upgrading

· Past experience using Biowin and/or GPS-X modelling packages

· Strong understanding of: Renewable Energy capture and storage technologies, Downstream processing of hydrogen to e-fuels, Ammonia production and storage, Gas separation systems and Mass flow energy storage
