Attention Senior Transport Planners!

Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a driven Transport planner to join an independent Transport Planning Consultancy, on a long-term contract basis outside IR35.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work on exciting Residential and Rail projects whilst working remotely!

Our client is looking for a Senior Transport Planner to lead and manage transportation planning projects whilst providing technical expertise and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Report writing, including evidence for inquiries

· Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget

· Conduct transportation studies to support Infrastructure planning

· Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies

· Prepare presentations for clients and project stakeholders

· Attend project and client meetings when required

· Develop innovative transportation solutions that address current needs

Key Requirements:

· Strong analytical skills, including the preparation of Trip Generation and Distribution spreadsheets

· Working knowledge of ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG and TRANSYT

· A degree in Transportation Planning or Engineering or a similar field

· Fully licensed

· Prior experience working in Transportation Planning

· Knowledge of Transportation planning principles and best practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven track record of delivering Transportation planning projects on time
