We are currently seeking a Commercial Coordinator/ Sales Administrator to join a well-respected energy and telecoms company in Eastleigh on an initial 3 month contract. Our client has a wealth of knowledge and experience providing expert energy and telecoms solutions to a number of projects. Due to an increasing workload, they are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join their enthusiastic team.
The selected candidate will be reporting to the Administration Manager, and will have a number of roles and responsibilities, which will include:
- Generating tenders and quotations
- Coordinating contracts and customer orders
- Ensuring orders and enquiries are executed accurately
- Running and taking charge of some accounts.
- Undertaking quotes from suppliers.
- General administration tasks.
Essential skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience of account management and commercial sales.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written,
- Good IT skills including MS Office.
- Experience of dealing with clients and suppliers.
