Excellent opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Information Manager to join a leading Building Services company on a permanent or long-term contract basis in London. Our client delivers expert engineering services to a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential and Leisure. With a portfolio that includes some of the world's most notable projects, they have gained a catalogue of prestigious clients and an increasing workload.
With an aim to make SharePoint their go-to document management system, they are seeking an enthusiastic SharePoint Information Manager to join their skilled team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of SharePoint software throughout the business through providing full training to others, and ensuring they are knowledgeable in all applicable areas. You will also act as the point of contact for any issues and queries involving SharePoint throughout its implementation.
The essential skills, experience and attributes for this role include:
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint software
- Experience developing and implementing SharePoint across a business
- Experience updating and customising files on SharePoint
- Experience providing SharePoint training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task
- Friendly and approachable attitude
