Exciting new opportunity for an IES Thermal Modeller to join an award-winning building services contractor Working on some of the highest profile projects in the industry on a permanent basis.


You will be joining a small team of thermal modelling experts where you will undertake advanced simulation and thermal modelling using IES software. This will include energy calculations, overheating analysis and generation of building thermal loads. You will also be responsible for producing Energy Strategies and Statements for submission to planning authorities, and comply with Building Regulations L2 assessments for new and existing buildings.


As the ideal IES Modelling Engineer you will have a good understanding of MEP and mechanical services, as well as relevant Building Regulations. You will also have a good knowledge of IES software such as Mode IT, Apache, and Compliance. You will also have great organisational and analytical skills to provide attention to detail and the ability to write high-quality reports is also important.
