LEAD REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

London | Contract
£40 - £45 per Hour

Help shape the future of the Built Environment with a forward-thinking, supportive organisation by your side! We are looking for an experienced Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to bring their skills and expertise to our client’s specialist contractor firm, on a 12-month contract basis, outside IR35. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, whereby the chosen candidate will work 3-4 days a week on-site, from one of our client’s London offices, and 1-2 days from home. Direct professional teams through a variety of complex projects, representing the company, leading them beyond operational brilliance. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £40-£45 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangements (3-4 days on-site, 1-2 days from home). Responsibilities: -Oversee all coordination systems across a variety of project sectors, monitoring the MEP design, ductwork production, implementation, and final handover. -Collaborate with specialist project teams (design, manufacturing, and site) to ensure scheduling, compliance, cost-efficiency, and quality alignment, across all projects. -Establish detailed coordination plans, maintain interface records, deliverables, risks, and clashes, whilst promoting progress meetings and design development activities. -Ensure full compliance with health and safety, environmental, sustainability, and quality standards and regulations. -Promote ongoing progression for junior colleagues, guiding and mentoring them towards industry best practices. -Support senior management buy raising potential coordination concerns, risks and project progression, ensuring continuous project efficiency. MECHANICAL LEAD

Salford | Permanent
£65,000 - £70,000 per Annum

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead to join our client’s construction and engineering contractor firm, in a permanent position. This opportunity offers a hybrid working arrangement, whereby the successful candidate will operate from our client’s main office in Salford. CIVIL ENGINEER

REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Although this role offers a remote working arrangement, all works will occur from our clients Essex office, where in which the successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their professional portfolio across a range of Electrical projects, focusing on stage 5 of design development. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £35-£40 (depending on experience). -Remote working arrangements.
