SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

West London | Contract
£65,000 - £75,000 per Year

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a specialist water firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work in a hybrid arrangement, with a 50% split over 2 weeks working in our client’s office in West London. This role will give you the opportunity to work on exciting water and construction projects, with a motivating and experienced team. Key Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee a team of project managers. -Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; allocate resources efficiently. -Lead cross-functional teams across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. -Act as main liaison for clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. -Track project performance and ensure compliance with safety, industry, and environmental standards. -Proactively manage risks and implement corrective actions. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

£35,000 - £65,000 per Annum

Attention all Electrical Design Engineers! We are looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer, from intermediate to principal level, to join a leading design consultancy in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to work on a mix of commercial, education, residential and heritage projects, with an experienced and motivating team. -Salary range from £35,000-65,000 (depending on experience) + benefits package. -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Designing electrical systems to meet project needs and standards. -Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for systems. -Work alongside other engineers to integrate systems with building designs. -Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines. -Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards. -Help prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and resources. Are you an Electrical Design Engineer looking for the next step in your career? MEICA PROJECT ENGINEER

You will be required to work in a hybrid position, working 3 days a week in Guildford. COMMISSIONING MANAGER

£500 - £600 per Day

Attention all Commissioning Managers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager, to join a well-established infrastructure firm, in a long-term contract role. As the selected candidate you will be required to work full-time in office, in Reading. As a commissioning manager you will be offered the opportunity to work on exciting Nuclear projects, with a motivating and hard-working team. -Rates from £500-£600 a day (Outside IR35), depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: -Lead electrical commissioning for systems like BMS, HVAC, and process equipment. -Manage documentation, testing, and issue resolution throughout the commissioning process. -Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to deliver work packages safely, on time, and in line with project requirements. What we are looking for: Essential: -Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC/DV clearance; British passport holder with at least 5 years’ UK residency. -Commissioning Experience: Proven electrical commissioning background (e.g. BMS, ventilation) with leadership on complex projects. -Technical & Team Skills: Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, with solid technical, organisational, and communication skills. -Industry Background: Experience working in the nuclear sector and in multi-disciplinary teams, managing key stakeholders.
