Our client, an established mechanical and electrical contractor, is seeking a talented CAD Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, to work on a variety of Refurbishment, Retail, and Commercial projects. Responsibilities: -Create and develop in-depth drawings, for mechanical and electrical systems, across a range of projects, using CAD and/or BIM software tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit. -Establish detailed specifications and ensure accurate material selection, focusing on cable sizing, lighting design, and other electrical systems. -Develop and maintain concise Revit designs and models for a variety of Refurbishment, Retail, and Commercial projects. -Liaise with project professionals, such as site teams, engineers, and project professionals, ensuring alignment with site requirements and effective query resolution. -Assemble, maintain, and deliver up to date documentation, reports, drawings, calculations, and packages, ensuring a smooth project handover. -Ensure all works comply with current building and industry regulations, specifications, client requirements, and relevant standards. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators! We are looking for multiple experienced Revit MEP Coordinators to join a well-established M&E contractor in a permanent position.
