Responsibilities: -Manage and monitor the delivery of high-functioning engineering solutions to ensure client requirements, regulations, standards, and targets are being met. -Hold accountability for project budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting, for the technical services team, promoting business growth and effective project delivery. -Oversee, support, and guide a specialist technical services team, across a range of disciplines, promoting collaboration, innovation, and performance development. -Conduct frequent peer reviews, technical assurance, and quality assurance processes, allowing for ongoing compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. -Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to identify engineering strategies, deliver cost-effective and constructable solutions, and manage risks. -Drive ongoing project development strategies, focusing on advancing design processes, standards, and methodologies, ensuring sustainability and efficiency. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators! We are looking for multiple experienced Revit MEP Coordinators to join a well-established M&E contractor in a permanent position. The selected candidate will be required to attend our client’s London office whilst working on a range of commercial, hotel and data centre projects. -Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement, Paid travel, company pension scheme, generous annual leave.
