SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions are looking for a sustainability Consultant to work with an engineering consultancy within the built environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. This role is a Permanent full-time on-site position in London. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the overall delivery of sustainability service streams. -Coordinate the brief, obligations, and deliverables of sub- consultants. -Assist the building and recruiting sustainability team. -Provide a holistic advisory role to assess the sustainability opportunities and risks for all projects in the practice. -Preparation including whole life carbon assessments, circular economy statements, sustainability assessments, energy statements etc. -Ability to prepare high-quality presentation material using Bluebeam, PowerPoint AutoCAD and other similar annotation packages. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Attention all Electrical Design Engineers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading M&E Engineering contractor, in a 6-9-month contract position, outside IR35. You will be required to attend Heathrow 4-5 days a week. This is a great opportunity to work on stage 4 and 5 aspects of an exciting project. -Competitive day rate ranging from £400-450 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Designing electrical systems to meet project needs and standards. -Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for systems. -Work alongside other engineers to integrate systems with building designs. -Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines. BIM COORDINATOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking a seasoned BIM Coordinator to join a major Tier 1 contractor, on a 6-month initial contract, outside IR35. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site from our client’s three London sites. You will have the opportunity to work on 3 large-scale, exciting commercial projects, as a valued member of a skilled team. -Competitive day rate ranging from £300-£360 (depending on experience). -On-site working arrangements. Responsibilities: -Oversee BIM design models and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring the designs meet the project requirements. -Conduct clash detection tests to find complications, and problems, and ensure that the models follow project specifications and the BIM Execution Plan. -Make sure that models are concise and that documentation is organised efficiently in the Common Data Environment. -Run regular quality checks to ensure that the design models comply with client and project requirements. -Organise coordination meetings to discuss and find solutions for any design and/or model issues and challenges. -Attend site visits to make sure the project is progressing effectively and efficiently. Requirements: -Prior experience as a BIM Coordinator, or a related role, preferably in refurbishment -Strong technical background, with previous experience of using software tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Revizto. -Experience of working with clash detection systems and COBie data systems. -Solid grasp of current BIM standards, regulations and policies. -Ability to manage and process BIM models accurately. -Strong communicator with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s Oxfordshire office.
