REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading building services consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work 5 days a week from our client’s London office. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects, with an experienced and motivating team. -Salary ranging from £50,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week in our clients London office. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on exciting an exciting range of projects, with an experienced and motivating team. -Competitive salary range from £55,000-£70,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Lead mechanical design on projects of all sizes, ensuring excellent client service. -Ensure quality control across mechanical engineering projects company-wide. -Manage project budgets and cost control. -Oversee project and cross-functional teams. -Attend client/project sites for meetings, surveys, and training. DRAINAGE ENGINEER

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled, senior level Drainage Engineer to join a leading engineering and construction company, in a contract position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, attending our client’s office 3 days a week, in Hertfordshire. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of projects with an experienced and motivating team. -Hourly rate from £42-46 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Design drainage systems using specialist software (e.g., MicroDrainage, Civil 3D). -Create and review drainage plans, calculations, and reports. -Work closely with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop effective solutions. -Make sure all designs meet required standards and regulations. -Support construction teams by answering technical queries and carrying out site visits. -Help with project planning, risk assessment, and quality checks.
