Job Title: M&E Project Manager Location: Birmingham (Office-Based During Design Phase) Job Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Hours: 40 per week Rate: £450–£550 per day Start Date: 30 March Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Project Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure development in Birmingham. This role will initially focus on the design development and coordination phase, supporting the transition from early-stage designs to detailed, buildable construction information. Following the design phase, the successful candidate will transition to a site-based project management role, working as part of a team overseeing the construction delivery. This position is ideally suited to a project manager with a strong mechanical and electrical (M&E) background and experience coordinating complex building services packages on large-scale projects. An opportunity has arisen for a BIM Technician to join a Building Services Consultancy from their St Albans office on a hybrid basis, working within a collaborative design environment. This role will support the production and coordination of BIM models across a variety of commercial, leisure, education and mixed-use projects, covering RIBA stages 1-5, whilst working closely with engineers and design teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
