An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Manager to support development of a project on a secure national defence site within a highly secure and technically demanding environment. This Commissioning Manager role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys leading commissioning activities, managing stakeholders and ensuring complex building services systems are successfully delivered through testing, commissioning and handover phases. The successful Commissioning Manager will play a key role within a major programme, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure commissioning activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. The Role As a Commissioning Manager, you'll be involved in: Leading commissioning activities across major building services installations Managing the commissioning process from pre-commissioning through to handover Coordinating subcontractors, specialist suppliers and project stakeholders Reviewing commissioning programmes and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved Supporting testing, validation and performance verification activities Managing commissioning documentation and handover information Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements Supporting project teams throughout installation, commissioning and completion stages Attending site meetings and providing technical commissioning leadership This Commissioning Manager position offers long-term involvement on a major defence programme with significant project responsibility. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

This role is ideal for someone who can comfortably access the Liverpool office on a hybrid basis and enjoys technically focused coordination work across education and secure-sector projects. You'll be supporting multidisciplinary building services schemes, working closely with engineers and project teams to coordinate Revit models, manage project information and drive BIM delivery through key design stages.
