An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager to join a leading international building services consultancy delivering some of the UK's most technically advanced data centre and mission-critical projects. This BIM Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading BIM strategy, mentoring technical teams and driving digital project delivery across large-scale MEP developments. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing BIM coordination, developing best practice and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects. The successful BIM Manager will lead a dedicated BIM team within a specialist data centre division, working closely with engineers, project managers and clients to deliver coordinated BIM solutions from concept through to construction. The Role As a BIM Manager, you'll be involved in: Leading BIM delivery across major data centre and mission-critical projects Managing and mentoring BIM Coordinators and Revit MEP professionals Developing BIM execution plans, workflows and project standards Overseeing Revit MEP model production and multidisciplinary coordination Supporting Design Managers and engineering teams throughout project delivery Managing BIM programmes to ensure project milestones are achieved Coordinating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders Reviewing project models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with BIM standards Driving continuous improvement across digital engineering processes Supporting the adoption of new technologies and BIM best practice This BIM Manager position offers the opportunity to lead digital delivery on some of the most complex and technically demanding projects within the building services industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Technician to join a growing Building Services consultancy delivering technically complex engineering projects across the defence, education, nuclear and infrastructure sectors. This BIM Technician role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of BIM delivery during the later design stages, producing high-quality coordinated Revit MEP models and working closely with engineers to deliver technically demanding projects. The successful BIM Technician will support the delivery of multidisciplinary MEP projects, playing a key role throughout the detailed design process while helping to drive BIM quality and coordination across a diverse portfolio of work.
