We are looking for someone motivated and highly experienced to join their team in a permanent position. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in the clients Edinburgh office. About our client: Our client is a multi-disciplinary M&E building services design and consulting company. Who focus on a variety of sectors including education, retail, commercial, leisure, residential, health, industrial and finance. Key responsibilities: -Designing electrical systems to meet project needs and standards. -Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for systems. -Work alongside other engineers to integrate systems with building designs. -Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines. -Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards. -Help prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and resources. They are looking for someone with strong experience prior within this role, to join their team on a contract or permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days a week in the client’s office in Bristol. Our client is a leading engineering consultancy specialising in commercial, education, leisure, government, and retail projects. Key Responsibilities: -Integrate MEP services into the BIM model, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Perform clash detection in Revit and fix any MEP system issues. -Regularly review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports.
