2010
As the team expanded, Blueprint moved into a larger office in Gosport. It may not have had any windows, but it gave the growing business more space to welcome new people, develop its expertise and plan for the future.
20 People Strong
2012
Just six years after it began, Blueprint reached 20 employees. What started as a small Gosport operation was becoming an established team, with new personalities, expertise and ambitions helping to move the business forward.
Directors in the Making
2014
By 2014, the five people who would go on to become Blueprint’s Directors were all working side by side. Each brought different strengths, experience and perspectives, together forming the leadership team that would guide Blueprint through its next chapter.
Together Through Covid
2020
When Covid changed working life overnight, Blueprint adapted quickly. The team stayed connected, employee well-being became a priority, and no one was furloughed. During an incredibly difficult period, Blueprint’s people supported one another and kept the business moving forward.

Blueprint reached its 20-year milestone. From a small office in Gosport to an established recruitment business at Cams Hall, its story has been shaped by the people, relationships and shared ambition that continue to move the company forward.
