We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join a major M&E Contractor on a hybrid basis from their Bristol office.

This role will take a lead position in managing and developing a dynamic BIM team, reporting directly to the Divisional BIM Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production, coordination, and maintenance of high-quality models.

The Role

As a BIM Manager, you'll be involved in:

• Leading BIM delivery across multiple mechanical and electrical building services projects
• Managing and mentoring a team of BIM Coordinators and Revit MEP professionals
• Developing BIM execution plans, workflows and project standards
• Overseeing Revit MEP model production and project coordination
• Managing project BIM programmes and ensuring key delivery milestones are achieved
• Coordinating multidisciplinary design information using Revit MEP and BIM collaboration tools
• Reviewing project models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with BIM standards
• Attending client meetings and supporting project coordination activities
• Driving continuous improvement across digital engineering and BIM delivery

What They're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a BIM Manager or similar position (Senior BIM Coordinator or BIM Lead)
• Strong Revit MEP experience
• Previous experience managing BIM teams within an MEP contractor
• Excellent understanding of BIM processes and digital project delivery
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary mechanical and electrical projects
