ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a cleanroom design specialist, in a contract role outside IR35. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a flexible hybrid basis (ideally 1 day a week) from our client’s Manchester office, but for the right person greater flexibility is available. You will be working on two new build pharmaceutical projects with an experienced and motivated team, delivering from stage 2 to 4. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £40-£45 (depending on experience). -Flexible hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Designing electrical systems to meet project needs and standards. -Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for systems. -Work alongside other engineers to integrate systems with building designs. -Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines. -Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards. -Help prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and resources. Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are currently looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading Building Services and Infrastructure contractor, in a contract position for an initial 12 months duration. The role can be offered outside IR35 supporting one of the UKs largest rail projects with hybrid working available between the site office in North Acton and working from home. -Competitive daily rate ranging from £400 – 500 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Working with other project stakeholders, consultants and sub-contractors to develop detailed mechanical design drawings. -Offering quality assurance across various design packages when applicable. -regular collaboration with design responsible consultants, offering assistance to ensure successful integration from stage 4 to 5. -Managing design documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards. -Engaging in design reviews and problem-solving discussions with a cross-functional team.
