Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators! We are looking for multiple experienced Revit MEP Coordinators to join a well-established M&E contractor in a permanent position. The selected candidate will be required to attend our client’s London office whilst working on a range of commercial, hotel and data centre projects. -Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£60,000 (depending on experience). -Paid travel, company pension scheme, generous annual leave. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain intelligent Revit MEP content (families, templates, etc.). -Assist in testing and validating Revit-based software tools. -Collaborate with developers to optimise user workflows and usability. -Provide technical insight on MEP standards, modelling techniques, and best practices. -Participate in QA processes to ensure high-quality software delivery. Mechanical Estimator – Building Services (HVAC) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive Salary Job Type: Permanent An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Estimator with building services experience to join a growing engineering team based in London. This role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of mechanical building services projects, supporting bids across sectors such as rail, aviation and energy infrastructure. The successful Mechanical Estimator will play a key role in managing the full estimating process, from initial tender enquiry (ITT) through to final submission, ensuring all bids are commercially competitive and technically robust.
