This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a Building Services team delivering technically complex projects across the UK and internationally.

There are multiple positions available, supporting projects including a data centre in Sweden, laboratory projects in Cyprus and a further data centre project in Africa. With a varied international workload, this would particularly suit someone with experience on data centres, laboratories or other technically demanding Building Services projects.

The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with 1–2 days per week in the London office. Initial starts are required during October, with further positions starting from November.


The Role

You’ll be involved in:

  • Coordinating MEP services using Revit
  • Producing and developing coordinated Revit MEP models
  • Supporting Building Services delivery across international projects
  • Working on Data Centre and life science projects
  • Coordinating mechanical and electrical services within complex building environments
  • Identifying and resolving design and coordination issues
  • Working closely with engineers, designers and wider project teams
  • Maintaining accurate and coordinated model information
  • Supporting multidisciplinary coordination throughout project delivery

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar
  • Confident user of Revit MEP
  • Strong Building Services / MEP coordination experience
  • Ability to coordinate complex mechanical and electrical services
  • Experience producing and managing coordinated model information
  • Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good multidisciplinary communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively across international project teams
  • Able to attend the London office around 1–2 days per week

Experience across Data Centre and life science projects would be particularly beneficial, although transferable project experience will also be considered.
