This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist team delivering two major prison projects at RIBA Stage 5.

The position is fully remote and will focus on detailed MEP coordination through the construction and delivery stage. They are looking for someone with strong hands-on Revit capability who can integrate quickly into the project team and work effectively within a remote environment.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with all required IT equipment and software provided by the client. There may also be scope for multiple positions.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Delivering Stage 5 MEP coordination across two prison projects
• Developing and coordinating detailed MEP models using Revit
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services
• Reviewing models and identifying clashes and coordination issues
• Resolving spatial and technical coordination challenges
• Producing accurate coordinated information for construction
• Working closely with BIM, engineering and wider project teams
• Supporting the coordination of building services throughout Stage 5
• Maintaining accurate and consistent BIM information
• Working independently within a fully remote project environment

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator / BIM Coordinator
• Strong Revit MEP experience
• Experience working on projects at RIBA Stage 5
• Strong understanding of MEP services coordination
• Experience producing detailed coordinated models
• Ability to identify and resolve clashes and technical issues
• Good understanding of construction-stage coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote project team

Experience working on prisons, custodial facilities or similarly complex building projects would be beneficial.
