QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure company, in a permanent role. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week) from our clients London office. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of construction projects, with an experienced and motivated team. -Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangements, company pension scheme, and generous annual leave. Key Responsibilities: -Lead budgeting, cost planning, and CVR management across multiple live projects. -Manage subcontractor/client applications, valuations, variations, and final accounts. -Represent RWP in meetings, providing commercial input to decisions. -Oversee tenders, negotiate terms, and administer NEC3/4 contracts. -Collaborate with engineers, CAD teams, and PMs to align delivery with commercial goals. -Produce monthly reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis for stakeholders. Attention all SHEQ Advisors! We are looking for a SHEQ Advisor to join a leading tier 1 contractor, in an initial 4-month contract. You will be required to work on site 5 days a week in Warwickshire, working on a major infrastructure project, with an experienced and motivated team. -Competitive day rate of £350/CIS. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and support SHEQ activities across infrastructure projects. -Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and maintain accurate documentation. -Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, and company standards. -Promote a positive SHEQ culture through training, toolbox talks, and engagement. -Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. As the successful candidate you will be working on site, with alternating shift patterns (with alternate weekend shifts as well).
