Blueprint Recruitment Solutions have an opportunity you don’t want to miss! Our client is looking for a motivated and highly experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team in a contract role. The successful candidate will work from a Glasgow office on a hybrid basis.

Our client is a specialist in MEP Engineering, delivering reliable and efficient building systems across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support and coordinate BIM delivery for MEP projects in line with client and industry standards.

-Manage and maintain federated models and project data environments.

-Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, and quality standards.

-Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data consistency and model accuracy.

-Assist with clash detection, reporting, and resolution using tools such as Navisworks.

Key Requirements:

-HNC/HND or degree in a relevant discipline such as Building Services, Architecture, or Engineering

-Proven experience in an MEP BIM Coordinator or Digital Design role within the Built Environment.

-Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, with knowledge of Dynamo or other visual programming tools being advantageous.

-Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650.

-Familiarity with Common Data Environments (e.g. BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar).

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
