Attention all Electrical Design Engineers!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Electrical/Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering company, specialising in the water sector, in a permanent position. This role is UK wide, so you can be based out of several of our clients’ offices, in a hybrid position.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting water and wastewater projects with an experienced and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop cost-effective, practical designs that meet requirements and align with safety and environmental standards.

-Use standard methods and support continuous improvement of team processes.

-Coordinate closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

-Provide design input, estimates, and support to proposals and planning.

-Maintain clear project records and prioritize customer satisfaction throughout.

What we are looking for:

-Experienced in delivering process plant systems for complex water industry projects.

-Knowledgeable in MCCs, VSDs, instrumentation, PLCs, SCADA, and industrial communications.

-Holds an engineering degree and skilled in designing efficient, cost-effective layouts.

-Strong analytical and communication skills; able to handle complex data and present proposals clearly.

-Computer literate.
