Attention all Architects!

We are looking for an Architect (or Technician) to join a leading architectural practice, in a permanent position; our client is looking for someone that has prior experience working in a junior Architect role or is newly qualified. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office in London.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience working on high rise residential, hotels, and apartment blocks projects, alongside an experienced and motivating team.

-Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages, and ensure the designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

-Prepare and manage drawings, specifications, and related documents.

-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members.

-Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings.

-Attend meetings and site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve issues.

What we are looking for:

-Degree in Architecture (RIBA accredited).

-Experience working across all RIBA stages and prior technical delivery experience.

-Proficient with Revit.

-Open to a variety of project experience, but high rise residential, apartment blocks and hotels is preferred.

-Strong communicator and team leader.
