Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing independent Contractor on a flagship Aviation project. This is a 6-month contract, outside IR35 and as the successful candidate you will be required to work on site developing a stage 4 design into a stage 5 coordinated model.

-Hourly rate of £40 (depending on experience this may vary).

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software.

-Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP.

-Experience with cloud-based Revit collaboration tools.

-Good understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks.
