Blueprint Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to have complete commercial responsibility for a project, ensuring it complies with our clients’ legislative requirements, deliver the commercial aspects of the project continually and proficiently throughout its full duration until final.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Lead the development of a validated project budget aligned with delivery goals.

-          Delivery of projects from start to final account, ensuring compliance with all timelines.

-          Manage subcontractor relationships, including payment applications and performance monitoring.

-          Produce and manage earned value analysis (EVA) for both design and construction phases.

-          Mentor Junior quantity surveyors, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.

Requirements:

-          Full compliance with, and support for, all internal quality, safety, and environmental management system requirements.

-          Understanding and ability to manage contracts under NEC 3 / NEC 4 & NR contracts

-          Capability to measure and price mechanical, electrical, fire & comms systems independently.

-          Work on standard IT business applications such as Microsoft 360 including intermediate to competent level of skill in word, excel PowerPoint etc

-          Appreciation of digital engineering such as BIM/CAAD.

-          High level of EPDS understanding and PJT compliance
