Blueprint Recruitment Solutions are looking for a sustainability Consultant to work with an engineering consultancy within the built environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. This role is a Permanent full-time on-site position in London.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Manage the overall delivery of sustainability service streams.

-          Coordinate the brief, obligations, and deliverables of sub- consultants.

-          Assist the building and recruiting sustainability team

-          Provide a holistic advisory role to assess the sustainability opportunities and risks for all projects in the practice.

-          Preparation including whole life carbon assessments, circular economy statements, sustainability assessments, energy statements etc.

-          Ability to prepare high-quality presentation material using Bluebeam, PowerPoint AutoCAD and other similar annotation packages.

Requirements:

-          Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a science-based degree, ideally with an environmental engineering or sustainability bias.

-          Knowledge of Whole Life Carbon Assessments and Circular Economy Statement preparation.

-          One Click LCA knowledge

-          Knowledge of EDSL/TAS or IES thermal modelling tools

-          Understanding of building elements, fabric thermal performance, building services strategies, environmental considerations, and their impact on carbon consumption.

-          Analytical, Resourceful, and problem-solving Skills.
