Attention all BIM Managers!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join a leading Architectural company in a Permanent position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) from either our clients London, Manchester, or Sheffield office.

This is a great opportunity to work on a range of MOD, Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects on RIBA stages 3-6.

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes.

-Oversee BIM delivery on projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

-Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

-Monitor model quality and documentation.

What we are looking for:

-Must be proficient in Revit with Architectural background.

-Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards.

-BIM Level 2 standards are preferred but not essential.

-Proven track record across a range of sectors including MOD, Industrial, Residential, and Commercial.
