Attention all Document Controllers!
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading infrastructure company, in a contract position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our clients Ipswich office (3 days a week). This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale Power Transmission & Distribution project.
-Competitive hourly rate of £18 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with key project teams including Health & Safety, Environmental & Sustainability, Operations, Quality, and Project Management.
-Manage the creation, review, and timely submission of project documentation to the client.
-Maintain and update the Master Document Register to ensure accurate tracking and control of all project documents.
-Use digital document control systems efficiently and adapt quickly to new software and tools.
-Ensure all submitted information meets quality standards and complies with client requirements.
-Support overall document control processes to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance.
What we are looking for:
-Prior experience working as a document controller within the construction industry.
-Must be proficient in IT systems and EDMS, such as BIM360, SharePoint, Aconex, ViewPoint, and BC.
-Strong knowledge of BIM and digital tools, with a clear understanding of ISO19650.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience working on a mixture of projects and proficient on O365 are desirable requirements.
