Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a seasoned Associate Director to be part of a well-established civil and structural consultancy, in a permanent position. Within this role, you will be working from our client’s London office, on a Hybrid basis, in which you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of projects whilst being part of an experienced team.

-Competitive salary ranging from £65,000-£75,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

-Direct and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions to clients at a high standard.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships.

-Oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

-Identifying and fostering new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding existing client accounts.

What We Are Looking For:

-Extensive experience in a senior leadership or management role, and in promoting business development and growth

-Previous Drainage experience.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

-Relevant industry experience, preference being residential, commercial and civil infrastructure projects.
