Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a highly skilled Technician to be an active member of an internationally respected organisation that specialises in assurance, sustainability, and risk management, in a permanent position. Within this role, you will be required to work on-site, from our client’s site in Cumbria, in which you will be responsible for providing technical support and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services that comply with industry standards and practices.

-Competitive salary ranging from £35,000-£42,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

-Perform and oversee the inspection, calibration, testing, and maintenance of a range of technical equipment and systems.

-Assist in the delivery of technical services and help in reporting any findings to engineers and stakeholders.

-Keep up-to-date documentation and records that follow quality assurance and requirements.

-Support the process of setting up and executing tests and trials, both in the field and in controlled environments.

-Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures and policies.

-Work with a variety of teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For:

-Qualification in engineering, or a related field.

-Proven experience of working in the field as a technician or related role.

-Proficient understanding of electrical, mechanical, and/or instrumentation systems

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently.

-Ability to work both independently and with other multidisciplinary teams, with excellent communication skills.

-Willingness to travel to active work sites or in field-based locations, when required.
