Do you possess the skill, knowledge, and experience to be the driving force for change within the built environment?

We are on the hunt for a talented Revit MEP Coordinator to join our client on a contract basis. Although this role offers a remote working arrangement, all works will occur from our clients Essex office, where in which the successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their professional portfolio across a range of Electrical projects, focusing on stage 5 of design development.

-Competitive hourly rate ranging from £35-£40 (depending on experience).

-Remote working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

-Develop in-depth coordinated Electrical models for a variety of multidisciplinary projects using relevant software tools, such as Revit MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD.

-Collaborate with project professionals to ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, client requirements, and outlined specifications.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction, whilst maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the project’s lifecycle.

-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and other project professionals, to identify design issues and suggesting corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

-Attend site visits and inspections, whilst partaking in performance review meetings allowing for design feedback and improvements to be implemented.

Requirements:

-Extensive demonstratable experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, or similar role, with experience of working on multidisciplinary MEP projects.

-Strong proficiency in software tools, such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks, with an understanding of BIM principles and clash detection tools.

-Significant understanding of Electrical systems and site workflows, with the ability to interpret detailed drawings and specifications.

-Effective communication, collaborative, and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
