Are you an experienced Revit Technician looking to take the next step in your career within a respected structural engineering consultancy?

 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established London-based structural engineering consultancy and work on a growing portfolio of refurbishment-led projects. The role offers exposure to technically interesting schemes within a collaborative and professional environment, alongside a healthy hybrid working balance.

 

The Role

Within this position, you will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce high-quality Revit models and detailed technical drawings. The role will suit an experienced Revit Technician with 5–7 years’ industry experience, ideally with exposure to refurbishment and retrofit projects.

Responsibilities

·         Create, develop, and maintain accurate Revit structural models, including families, views, sheets, schedules, and annotations

·         Produce detailed drawings, sections, and technical information to a high standard, ensuring alignment with project requirements

·         Support refurbishment and retrofit projects, alongside some new-build work

·         Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to maintain model integrity and resolve design issues

·         Assist with BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance processes

·         Support design development, revisions, as-built updates, and mark-ups throughout project stages

 

 

Requirements

·         Graduate-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience

·         5–7 years’ experience working as a Revit Technician within a structural engineering environment

·         Strong proficiency in Revit (structural)

·         Refurbishment project experience is highly desirable

·         Good understanding of UK construction standards and BIM processes

·         Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently

·         High attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
