Role: Revit MEP Coordinator (Mechanical Lead)

Location: WFH/Remote

Contract Type: 6 Months

Determination: Exempt from Regulations

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 40 per week

An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to take on a Mechanical Lead role supporting major Data Centre projects.

This position offers remote working, with a strong focus on leading mechanical coordination and overseeing high-value technical delivery within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

·         Acting as Mechanical Lead within the MEP coordination team

·         Delivering coordinated Revit MEP models on large-scale Data Centre projects

·         Overseeing mechanical services modelling and integration

·         Ensuring clash-free, technically compliant design output

·         Supporting project delivery to programme deadlines

Requirements

·         Extensive experience using Revit MEP

·         Strong mechanical building services background

·         Previous experience working on Data Centre projects (highly desirable)

·         Experience operating at Lead or Senior Coordinator level

·         Willingness to obtain £5m Professional Indemnity Insurance cover (standard cover is typically £1m)

Working Arrangements

·         Work from home

·         Software licences provided

·         IT equipment may be provided (subject to confirmation)
