Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join a growing water-focused engineering consultancy.

Joining a dynamic and expanding team, this role provides the opportunity to take on a key leadership position within an ambitious organisation. You will contribute at both a strategic and technical level, helping to drive growth while delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions in the water sector. London or Tamworth office.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and oversee civil engineering projects within the water sector

·         Provide technical direction and quality assurance across project teams

·         Support business growth and contribute to strategic development

·         Build and maintain client relationships

·         Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers

·         Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion

·         Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

·         Strong background in Civil Engineering within the water sector

·         Experience operating at a senior leadership level (Associate/Associate Director or similar

·         Proven experience delivering water infrastructure projects

·         Strong commercial awareness and client engagement skills

·         Ability to contribute to business growth and team development

·         Excellent leadership and communication capability

You will be a technically strong and commercially aware civil engineer ready to step into (or continue within) an Associate Director role.
