Overview

An opportunity is available for Architects at both the Part II / Architectural Assistant level and the Senior Architect level to support the delivery of international residential and hospitality projects.

This contract role focuses on Stage 4 technical design, working within a collaborative architectural team delivering large-scale and high-profile international developments. The successful candidates will be experienced in Revit and comfortable working within fast-paced project environments.

The position requires four days per week in the London office, with hardware and software licences provided.

Key Responsibilities

·         Produce technical design information at RIBA Stage 4

·         Develop and manage architectural models using Revit

·         Produce coordinated drawings and technical packages

·         Support the delivery of international residential and hospitality projects

·         Coordinate with design teams and project stakeholders

·         Ensure design outputs meet project standards and deadlines

Requirements

·         Experience working within architectural practice environments

·         Strong Revit capability

·         Experience delivering Stage 4 technical design

·         Experience working on residential and/or hospitality projects

·         Ability to work collaboratively within project teams

·         Comfortable working in a London office 4 days per week

Candidate Profiles

·         Part II Architect / Architectural Assistant / Technician

·         Experience supporting technical delivery on architectural projects

·         Strong Revit modelling and drawing production skills

·         Good understanding of Stage 4 project delivery

·         Senior Architect

·         Proven experience delivering technical packages at Stage 4

·         Strong coordination and project delivery experience

·         Ability to lead technical outputs and support project teams
