Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Open Buildings Designer Coordinator to support detailed coordination work on a HS2 project.

This role will focus on producing and managing detailed 3D models and coordinated design information, working closely with project teams to support the delivery of complex infrastructure works. The successful candidate will contribute to high-level design coordination within a technically demanding project environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and manage 3D models using Open Buildings Designer

·         Detailed MEP coordination at design stages 4-5

·         Produce accurate technical drawings and model outputs

·         Assist with resolving coordination issues within the project model

·         Ensure models and drawings meet project standards and requirements

·         Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to maintain design accuracy

Requirements

·         Strong experience using Open Buildings Designer for 3D modelling and design

·         Experience supporting detailed design coordination on infrastructure or construction projects

·         Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy

·         Ability to work collaboratively with design and engineering teams

·         Available for an immediate or short notice start
