Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a Building Services design team delivering Stage 3–4 education projects and other building developments.
This contract role will focus on MEP coordination, Revit modelling and multidisciplinary design collaboration within a busy consultancy environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of coordinated mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) models across active projects.
The team ideally requires 3 days per week in the office, although candidates able to attend 2 days per week will also be considered.
This contract position may initially cover project demand while a permanent hire is being secured, although there is also potential for both roles to run concurrently depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage MEP models using Autodesk Revit
· Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services within federated BIM models
· Support Stage 3 (Developed Design) and Stage 4 (Technical Design) project delivery
· Produce coordinated drawings and model outputs for project teams
· Carry out clash detection and coordination reviews
· Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to resolve coordination issues
· Maintain BIM standards and model quality across projects
· Support multidisciplinary collaboration across design teams

Requirements
· Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or MEP Revit Technician
· Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
· Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services
· Experience delivering projects at RIBA Stage 3–4
· Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection processes
· Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and design teams
Candidate Profile
You will be a technically strong MEP BIM professional with excellent Revit modelling and coordination skills, capable of working within multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality Building Services designs.
