An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Revit Coordinator to join a growing engineering consultancy in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

This role offers the chance to work on a range of high-profile projects across the pharmaceutical, healthcare and laboratory sectors, supporting the delivery of coordinated BIM models and technical design information within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Producing and maintaining Revit BIM models for building services projects

·         Coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models across project teams

·         Supporting the delivery of pharma, healthcare and laboratory projects

·         Managing model coordination and clash detection processes

·         Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and client requirements

·         Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and structural teams

·         Supporting the development of BIM workflows and coordination processes

·         Producing technical drawings and design documentation

Requirements

·         Upwards of 3 years’ experience as a Revit Technician, BIM Technician or BIM Coordinator

·         Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows

·         Experience working within building services or engineering consultancy environments

·         Experience in model coordination and clash detection

·         Strong understanding of BIM standards and project delivery processes

·         Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams

·         Excellent communication and coordination skills

·         Experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare or laboratory projects would be beneficial but is not essential.
