Architect (Revit) – Stage 4 & 5 Projects – London (Contract)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5 architectural projects in London.

This contract role is based in the London area, offering the chance to work on large-scale developments, contributing to the production of technical design packages, construction drawings and BIM models.

The successful Architect will play a key role in delivering technical design and project coordination, working closely with architectural teams to ensure high-quality outputs across Stage 4 and Stage 5 project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As an Architect, your responsibilities will include:

·         Producing detailed architectural drawings and technical design information using Revit

·         Supporting project delivery across RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5

·         Developing and coordinating BIM models and architectural documentation

·         Assisting with the production of construction packages and detailed design drawings

·         Collaborating with architects, technicians and multidisciplinary design teams

·         Ensuring designs comply with building regulations and project requirements

·         Supporting project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards

·         Coordinating design information across project stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered for this Architect role, candidates should have:

·         Proven experience working as an Architect within architectural practices

·         Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit

·         Experience delivering projects across RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5

·         Strong technical design and detailing skills

·         Experience producing construction drawings and BIM models

·         Ability to work effectively within project teams

·         Excellent communication and coordination abilities

·         Experience working on large-scale UK developments would be beneficial.
