Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we’re looking for a talented BIM Technician to become a key part of our client’s dynamic and forward-thinking team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading M&E Contractor on a range of education, commercial and hotel projects whilst commuting to their London office on a hybrid basis.

The Role

As a BIM Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the MEP design, coordination, and delivery of projects using industry-leading BIM processes and tools. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams of all disciplines to ensure accurate and efficient model production.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and develop 3D MEP BIM models and detailed drawings
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements
• Coordinate models across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and consistency in all outputs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Upwards of 1 year experience working in a BIM Technician or similar role
• Previous experience working for an MEP Contractor is preferred but not essential
• Strong understanding of the Building Services industry
• Proficiency in software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
