Revit MEP Coordinator (BIM) – Healthcare Projects (Contract)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days Office)
Rate: £35–£38 per hour (Outside IR35 / Exempt)
Job Type: Contract – 6 Months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy building services team in Manchester, supporting the delivery of multiple healthcare and hospital projects.

This role offers the chance to work on a range of hospital schemes across RIBA Stage 3, 4 and 5, contributing to the development of coordinated BIM models and technical design information within a multidisciplinary environment.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will play a key role in model coordination, clash detection and BIM delivery, supporting project teams across complex and technically demanding healthcare projects.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the Manchester office, with a preference for increased on-site collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models for healthcare projects
  • Managing BIM coordination and clash detection processes
  • Supporting project delivery across RIBA Stage 3, 4 and 5
  • Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams
  • Coordinating MEP models with architectural and structural designs
  • Producing technical drawings and coordinated design outputs
  • Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and compliance requirements
  • Supporting project teams with design coordination and model integration

Requirements

To be considered for this Revit MEP Coordinator role, candidates should have:

  • Proven experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
  • Experience working within building services or MEP engineering projects
  • Experience in model coordination and clash detection
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working on healthcare or hospital projects
  • Experience delivering projects across RIBA Stage 3–5

Contract Details

  • 6-month contract (strong potential for extension)
  • Outside IR35 / Exempt from regulations
  • £35–£38 per hour  
  • Hybrid working – minimum 3 days in Manchester office (non-negotiable)
  • Laptop and software provided
  • 37.5 hours per week
